Now the biggest problem with sports training programs is that new techniques and discoveries are being made all the time. This means that old methods become outdated and new techniques are created. It’s because of this reason that Alex has decided to revamp the his old speed training system and add a lot of new material as well as update some of the older material.
Alex wanted to make sure you get the best material possible so you can get the edge you need to beat your competition. When I first heard word of the new 2.0 version of his program getting released my first thought was on the existing program. I was curious if Alex Maroko was planning to update the material.
